Went in there the other day and got Hokkaido milk tea, drinks came out quick when it was just me and my girlfriend. But it was pretty late at night and there seemed to be only one girl working there? I asked her and they said they only had one person working at a time. She looked pretty young and I know there's laws in this state about minors working alone past 8 from working my own job and it says here the shop closes at 9, shop absolutely needs more staff or more people on at a time at least.

My sister in law had recommended me this place a couple weeks ago for the kids, and we have not stop coming ever since! My kids love this place and even the adults. Very family friendly and cute scenery. Perfect place to bring your kids to in Gig Harbor for a nice treat. Drinks come out quick and taste amazing with the perfect sweetness. Love love love!!

When I walked in I was immediately in love with the decor of this place. The person at the counter was very nice and made my drink in a timely fashion. The drink I ordered was very good! I will definitely be coming back again! ☺ufe0f

They really need more than one person working at a time here. I don’t know what it is, but it shouldn’t take an average of 6 minutes per drink. I literally waited 45 minutes for one drink. There were five orders ahead of me. I feel bad for the employee because she was managing by herself, but even so, there are some serious efficiency issues if it takes that long to make a drink.

Hands down best boba I’ve ever had. Staff was so sweet and patient with me because there was so much to choose from and I had a lot of questions!! Drinks came out fast, less than 5 minutes considering it was quite busy. The staff greeted me right away and it was overall great service. The tea was so fresh and the boba was perfect texture. Will definitely bring my kids next time I visit! Amazing staff and drinks. Will be back tomorrow!
