Let me start by saying Lyndon is amazing. Taking over my bankruptcy (from the first attorney I hired), and picking up the pieces was not an easy task. My BK was complicated and had a lot of moving parts. Lyndon was the reason I was able to get the best possible outcome for my scenario. He is responsive, and not afraid to tell it like it is. My only regret is that I didn't hire him first. I highly recommend Lyndon.

I had a very aggressive collector coming after me and trying to garnish me for an unjust false claim and I had no idea how to challenge it, they had me in a corner and I felt that I was powerless with no options. Lyndon listened to my situation and it seemed that he took the wrongs done against me personally, I think it even angered him a bit. He aggressively dug into it, took all of the stress and worry off of my shoulders and made my problem go away! I could not be happier with the outcome and I really felt that Lyndon takes on these fights purely on his personal distain for unjust collection practices and to right the wrongs done by these big powerful collection agencies. Can't recommend him highly enough!

I was impressed by Mr Ruhnke’s prompt replies, great attention to details, and generous advice before we signed or agreed to anything. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law, but more importantly he was genuinely interested delivering excellent service which gave me the confidence I needed to move forward.

Lyndon really helped us with what felt like a hopeless situation. He was very easy to talk to and walked us through the whole process with good humor. I can't recommend him highly--and his staff--highly enough. Good people.
