I did maintenance their people are really friendly
Worst company to deal with if you have a problem with their shredding service. Was charged multiple times for a extra service I did not authorize and was unable to get a hold of anyone to check into it. After repeated rising of prices and horrible service, I decided to go with another company. Iron Mountain then charged me $174.50 to pick up their containers. Save your business money and check with other shredding services who will appreciate your business. I can't believe this company feels okay with treating their customers so poorly.
