T'Latte

Had the Taro Bubble Tea, was very good. Only had to wait 2 minutes for my drink to be ready, would definitely return.

Went in to an empty shop. One person in front of me . I order a frozen Mocha and they make a frozen latte. Took almost 20 minutes to make. Three employees, two customers 20 minutes. They put a frozen latte up and no claims it. I then ask if that's the mocha and they say no. It's sits there. Then they put up a frozen mocha and when I take it they tell me its not mine, it's the people who ordered after me. He then says, you can have the latte and we will make you a mocha. Why would I want a drink I didn't order than wait for the drink I did order. Then, if the people behind me order a mocha why would they get the one that's done and I have to wait. I even asked when they put the latte up and no one claimed if that was my mocha. They didn't even care enough to realize it was the wrong drink. Worse part, the guy who told me I could have the latte and wait for my mocha turned around and walked away before I could say anything. I walked out and they didn't even try and help. Terrible service with three employees who clearly don't give a damn what their doing. I'm out $5.50 because I don't want to wait over 30 minutes for one drink while they make everyone else's. Again, why would I want a drink I didn't order. And, why couldn't I take the mocha they prepared for the guy behind me. Truly doubt I'll get my money back or hear from anyone.

During COVID-19:nExcelent coffee shop. They have a schedule for the service in the front door and in their website so you can stay uploaded with the news. They have social-distance service for dine-in (super clean, they have hand sanitizer and wipes -if you want to clean your area) and take out.nThe costumer service is really nice, flexible and fast. They have a wide variety of food and snacks! Every type (normal to gluten free). They have bobble tea with different flavors and type of milk (for every one) really cozy and calm. Pretty close to downtown bellevue park and they have the best prices in the area for a really good quality products! i love this coffe shop!!!!

Love this gem. Local coffee and food that’s not overly priced. Dog friendly and honestly the people who work here are very friendly too. I’ve been here 3 times in the last two weeks and each time they make me feel so welcomed. They remember me too. So many valuable qualities.

Cute little coffee/tea cafe! I had tea and a quiche and both were great. They actually brewed the tea for me which is great for me since I don't always pull my tea bag out on time. Pretty standard for a cafe in terms of selection of what is on the menu, though more variety of tea (loose leaf). Very cozy with friendly staff, I'm planning on coming back.
