Our non-profit has a great relationship with the owners/mngrs. Great location S. town, behind locked gate, convenient, well lit & just the space we need. I highly recommend anyone needing storage space or thinking about changing their existing storage company.
Unable to contact them multiple times via phone and email during office hours to settle a nonpayment issue which fell through even though autopay was set up and sufficient funds in bank account, very long communication turnaround times, when finally able to get through there is a generalnnLack of accountability of their employees and management when requested to hold off on auction as payment is being wired through. Told by manager Roxy that the items auctioned off anyway due to deadline of 3 months, employee did not mention efforts to contact them and manager insists that they have made effort to contact owner of the units which obviously had a phone number deactivated but a valid email, said they tried to call a couple of times which should not be possible.nnWill only make nominal efforts to contact you and online payments for late charges cannot be made online when payment is past due for the storage unit. Hard to make in person payments when you are 8300 miles away. Students beware.
This is top notch facility, clean, well maintained, and no rodent signs in the seven years we’ve rented here. Ron and Roxy( spelling?) treated us great especially the day we moved out. After seeing us seniors sweating in the heat, we were offered a bottle of water . Very nice managers.
Reasonable prices, and great service. I have been a renter for over a year and I greatly appreciate getting a call from storage depot.
The managers of this place are the best. They are very kind and have customer service skills. We rented our storage unit some months ago and we really love this place. They really take care of this place.
