I used this storage recently and Kimberly was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable, helpful with my needs and very prompt. She followed up with me like she said she would and worked with me on the dates I needed the storage for, and for this I am very grateful. She made this search easy for me and I purchased a lock, and put the lock inside the unit prior to move in. Their units are affordable which is very helpful especially during these times. The other storage units I contacted were not very helpful with my dates and the prices were outrageous. Northwest Self Storage is very reliable and their units are clean and easy to get to. It was at a safe and very convenient location. Thank you so much Kimberly. I appreciate your help and kindness. I will be using your storage again in the near future.

Kimberly was super helpful and easy to talk to. The whole process was simple and a good price with the 50% off the first 3 months. I am very confident my daughter’s things are in a safe place.

After researching all available storage facilities in the area, I found this gem. Management is personable, very helpful, and very competitive in cost. With an onsite UHaul truck available for daily or multi day rental, I have been very pleased with my choice. The facility is a little dated, and they do not have climate controlled storage, nonetheless, it is a good value with good service.
