Harassed by Key Bank building security after sitting down to order from my app, so I could get my reward points. I requested security manager. I was told that the Starbucks is not renting their own space, it's the building's private property.

Key Center Starbucks is a beautiful store. Newly rennovated, lots of seating and windows. Even on a dark winter day it is bright and inviting. The baristas are fast and friendly. One of two stores next to the Bellevue Transit Station. They have the usual morning 9ish and a slightly later lunch rush 1ish and they are also quite busy around 3pm. An upbeat place to hang out. Free WiFi.

Stopped in and ordered a venti medicine ball at 11. It tastes good. There was a lot of seating available and free Wi-Fi.nThe atmosphere was very chilling and laid back.nThe partners service was fast fun and friendly.nIdeal spot if you are catching a bus from the transit center across the street.

Update on March 3rd. They finshed their remodel bit ago and is nice.nUpdate to below. Visited in January 2019. They actually now introduced staff to call out names away from counter and better manage so random strangers are no longer touching cups. Good to know Starbucks is listening and acting on feedback. The following is from 2018 review: I actually like ladro coffee better nearby. This Starbucks is always so busy and you can never hear your drink called cause they don't say name very loud and tons of people waiting for their coffee ends up with other strangers touching your cup to turn it and see if it is their coffee. Happens all the time. I only go here with groups of other people but when my choice there are better options nearby. Starbucks is overrated in my opinion.
