Awesome flavors! I really like the bubble tea its so yummy! I tried both take out and for delivery, the staffs are friendly and very accommodating. the customer service is good and on time delivery. recommended.
I just love how they made their milk tea...Will be back here to try the other flavor. Staff were great and friendly.
The cashier was so rude tonight.The cashier was on the phone when I walked in and she ignored me and my friend for couple minutes.Then I said I want half pearl she pretended not understand me and I have to repeat myself multiple time then she said can’t do less pearl .So disappointing.I been to multiple sharetea place they all can do less or half pearl except this one.I don’t think I want to come back here again.
Issues:n1. Person in front of me wanted extra flavor. They told her no. She asked if it’s not physically possible or wouldn’t taste right? The answer was no we just won’t do that even if you pay extra. Akward.n2. Girl at cash register lacked people skills.n3. It had almost no flavor and wasn’t nearly as good as the Everett location.
