Expensive (5.50) for one tea that had no milk in it.nThe tea itself was not bad, but it lacked depth overall. Asked for 30 percent sweet and it’s a bit sweeter than I wanted. Customer service was great. I am not going to come back based on how good it was and the price. The staff was very nice though.

The two drinks we ordered were actually pretty good. However the customer service was terrible. I ordered a drink which the sugar lever could not be adjusted and had to have boba in it, but why? The girl who is taking my order did not provide any explanations about it. Also we asked 30% sugar level of another drink, but we ended up of getting one with 50% sugar in it.

I was there around 6:30 on Tuesday 9/15/2020, and I had placed an online order thirty minutes before. The girl in front was conversing with her friends and taking phone numbers and things teenagers do at school. I was trying to get my order, but they said they didn't see it. It took them fifteen minutes to actually make it. There were no customers, just their chatty friends. And after telling me they were making the drinks, they just stood there and talked more even though I can see them from right where I'm sitting. They didn't start making the drinks until I asked for a refund. Super unprofessional. I won't be coming back because to be honest it isn't a rare occurence here.nnOh, the tea is great though. Try the cheese foam!

I’ve been here twice with two friends. They got an order wrong once. The store aesthetic is pretty cute but the boba isn’t amazing — usually taste is very flat and dull, but also inoffensive. They have a lot of cheese-covered options which are pretty interesting. You may love or hate it. Just like lots of other boba places it’s overpriced. I only go here when Happy Lemon has really long lines.

I love this place, have been to this place several times. The service is awesome and the drink mongo milk tea is my favorite.
