I am a frequent flyer at this Starbucks. The employees who interact with customers the most versus conversations among themselves is the reason I am dedicated to spending my money here. Kaylee,Anna and Sean never go without making my morning better! These employees are a dream team! I just hope management knows it
The Lodge. Love this place. Good seating, nice decor, quick with service, and the people are great. Can’t go wrong here.
They don't seem to pay attention to simple instructions like add 1 shot of espresso instead of 2 to my beverage. Have gotten bitter drinks, and coffee that tasted like the coffee machine had just been rinsed and the water served to me. And the shoddy service sticks out because the Starbucks at Bellevue square mall consistently makes perfect coffee every single time.
Why does it take 20 minutes to get a pastry after I get a drip coffee .Only starbucks has this issue.
Nifty handcrafted drinks here not available anywhere else, with the exception of specialty and/or the Roastery locations.
