Bubble tea is always excellent and the staff are usually very friendly. The line gets very long sometimes and the inside of the store can get crowded. The outside of the store gets very crowded too with people waiting for their order but the staff try their best to get everyone their order as soon as possible. During my last visit, a man refused to wear a face mask and was getting very aggressive when the staff said they couldn’t serve him unless he put one on. Eventually he put on a mask they provided for him. I really appreciate that the staff tried their best to follow COVID guidelines and that they refuse service to customers that don’t comply. It really shows that they care about the safety of their customers and staff. I highly recommend coming here, just try to come when it’s not too busy. Can’t wait to come again!

Beautiful store front, nicely decorated on the inside. The balance between the yellow and white on the inside makes this place very outstanding, it's eye catching and i love the smell on the inside. The way they set up their system is really good, having 1 cashier dedicated to taking orders while the other is taking care of giving out the drinks, kitchen is in the back for the drink making process.nTheir Jasmine green tea with rock salt crema is actually really good, this is probably the first time that I actually like crema drinks.nWould I come back to this place again? Definitely!

85C has better drinks (if you ask me) for better prices. This place can adjust the ice and sugar syrup levels but even then it's all pretty unhealthy. There's always a line and the drinks are pretty and tasty for a reason.

Great customer service and its always really clean in there. The drinks are good, but all bubble tea places are known for specific flavors or series. I'd say the best thing from Happy Lemon is there salt cream drinks! It is the perfect blend of sweet and salty, and isn't too heavy.

The bubble waffle was good but my drink was way too sweet. Just need to ask for less sweetener next time. I will come back though.
