Overall very good experience. Unfortunately I have to deduct 1 star for the long wait.nnFood is decent and the servers are attentive. Except that you have to wait around an hour to be seated in this special time. If I remember it correctly, only 4 tables are served at the same time which took us 90 minutes. Luckily we had couple errands to run that Saturday.nnI can see that they did a very thorough cleanup after each group filled their stomach. Surface of the table, the front of chairs, the back of the chairs. Every single place you could land your hands on is cleaned with that spray. That’s some cleaning isn’t it.nnAlso they have transferred the menu online.nnI ordered the house special, good as always.nnThe bottom line is if you can bear the wait during pandemic, this is a go.

I love boiling point and frequent this chain. However, I will never eat at this particular location. The bellevue location has some serious quality control issue. I know it's central kitchen but all the other location tastes great, yet this one always tastes extra bitter with heavy artificial flavoring. Why only here? Also, their meat is always the worst. Other locations' meat are at least edible and somewhat delicious. But the one here is always like cardboard or simply inedible. I feel like the store manager needs to be fired because something fishy is going on. If you would like to try hotpot, BP is great! Just not this location

Ordered over the phone for takeout, told me it would take 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes. When I got the food, I double checked to make sure it was the right order and it’s a good thing I did because it was not. Now we’re having to wait another 20 minutes for the correct order. Unfortunate experience.

Finest place to grab some food when in a hurry. Their service is fast, rates are convenient, excellent atmosphere. Would recommend to others

I've always loved the style of dining here and glad to be able to enjoy it stil despite seating capacity during the pandemic. Just be careful breathing when their cleaning/spraying other tables and they enforce straight alcohol to clean your hands before seating which makes the experience unpleasant. Overall good service and food.
