This place has a premium on service. They made me feel like an old friend. It reminded me of my father's workshop. Neat and organized, everything in its place. That hardware store smell! The staff easily identified the part I needed, asked if I had a way to cut it, and offered to cut it for .59 cents! The staff showed me the floor and let me take all these great pictures. Open everyday. This is American hardware at its best! Really, you have to go.
They’ve got things you didn’t know you couldn’t do without and everything else you already knew that you needed to get. Prices are more than reasonable, often less than the big stores and the service is knowledgeable and friendly. What else could one want? And you still get to patronize a local small business owner!
Friendly, professional staff and a great selection of fasteners in stock. I always need stainless metric and they always have what I am looking for. Also had them copy a few keys which turned out great and they duplicate by hand which always works better.
The oldest continuous business in Corvallis comes through again! And with prices that are competitive with Home Depot.

Get your keys cut, or get advice. Knowledgeable staff are helpful and patient with your questions, whether about obscure plumbing parts to fasteners and metal stock. All in a historic building that has housed this sort of essential business for generations. A long-time family owned business, with what you need and the information to help you get the chore done.nIt could cost you a few cents more (not always, though) than the box store but you get information, service, and an experience too. I think it's very much worth the difference to support a valuable piece of the community.nThis is the sort of business that should be cherished for what it offers and accomplishes.
