Super easy to use! Unlike making key copies at a big box store, i didn't have to hunt down an employee that knew how to use the key machine only to get home and find the newly created copies don't work, KeyMe was quick, easy and all of my copies work! Highly recommend and plan to use KeyMe again.
I just wanted to get a copy of my house key and so when I called to ask how much it would be no one picked up and it happened five times in a row
The key that printed out, printed out to be something that didn't match what I put in (or any of my keys), but the customer service was good about fixing/refunding me for that, so - machines (computers) get wonky - I realize that, but the customer service negated any issues... I didn't try again though, I think the machine was confused.
Easy user interface. Unique key that needs to be made off site and shipped. Will update when key arrives in a few days.
A good stop for basic key copies. Don't expect perfection...you get a match that gets you in the door; doesn't mean it'll do so perfectly smoothly
