I was in a MVA and spoke on the phone with Chris and his legal assistant Candy, both of whom were extremely kind and provided me with support and expert advice on how to pursue my case. Chris was courteous, professional, and took time to explain forms and settlement tips via telephone consult. Thank you for your expert support and time! I was involved in a MVA a couple years ago and was not aware there was a time limit for insurance to be provided, two years. I was still under the care of a specialist, limitation was almost up so medical bills would have to go through my personal insurance. Had only a couple days to get legal advise and paperwork rolling, called Jim Nelson and was informed he was on vacation, figured that was the end!! Meanwhile his staff called him, he called me and completed all the necessary paperwork while on his vacation, he was dedicated and got all paperwork processed within the short time frame required. Talk about dedication, this man has it. Throughout the process, Jim or his staff kept me well informed every step of the way. The outcome was very positive and the other individual was held accountable for their wrong actions. I would highly recommend Jim Nelson and his office staff to represent you or your family member.

My experience with this firm was excellent. I needed an attorney to help me with a very complex legal malpractice claim. After being turned down by several other lawyers, I fortunately found Jim Nelson. He took on the challenge and brought the case to a successful conclusion. All along the way he kept me informed and clearly explained the process. I was treated kindly and respectfully by him and his staff. His assistant, Candi, was especially helpful.
