As of June 2013, I would describe the coaching at the gym as excellent.nnUnfortunately, my experience with the management has been terrible, culminating with my final experience as a patron. I notified the gym I needed to terminate my membership due to financial hardship. The owner never replied to my email to confirm the cancellation, but did charge me for a final month because she could, citing the terms of the contract requiring 30 days notice.nnIf you decide to use this gym, pay month to month or get a punch card so this doesn't happen to you. Management has shown they care more about the bottom line than nurturing their patrons and helping them reach their goals. I would recommend finding another gym with a coach-owner whose primary commitment is member satisfaction and not lining her pockets.
