I started a contract there and had one session. Then my life changed and I wasn't able to continue because I ended up moving out of the area. I emailed to cancel my contract, but the next month I still was charged. I contacted Chris who said I needed to do it through his website (which he could have told me when I emailed him regarding the cancellation in the first place). Fine, so I did that. Now I am STILL getting charged! I have tried to contact him but he no longer responds to emails. If the charge continues, I may have to resort to legal means. I cannot recommend this business.nEdit/Update: I finally did receive a communication that explained the circumstances and a refund; I am satisfied with the resolution.
