CrossFit R3

Crossfit R3 is amazing! The coaches are so motivating, and everyone is welcoming. The programming is accessible to everyone, no matter your skill or strength level. I leave every class feeling better than when I walked in.

CrossFit has changed my life. I have always been intimidated in the past by the world of CrossFit, this box changed that perspective for me. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. The coaches are versatile and accommodating as well as knowledgeable about their craft and ways to modify movements for injuries. Several class times to choose from, child care available. Competitive rates. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Crossfit has been a big part of my life for the last couple of years now and the folks at Crossfit R3 are amazing. It is like one bug family and that is something I appreciate and needed.

The staff used to be better but the members support each other, it's truly a community, not a business.

The gym is clean and they have great CrossFit and Fit Camp classes.
