First of all, answered my phone call or called me back the same day. Gave me an accurate quote to replace my incoming power service panel, and even though the quote was nearly a year old, the final price was either exactly the same or very close. The job was scheduled easily, the work was done on the day promised, and the work looks very professional. I'm just really happy with the professionalism overall from the company.

Terrible customer service! Receptionist did not record the appointment we made. Electrician came on the wrong day, when I had confirmed for another day. I finally cancelled with them.
