I’m a small business owner. I recognize all the demands needed to balance schedules but my brief dealings with this company were very disappointing. I called to schedule a service on our generac generator at home, a task they list as being able to do. I was surprised when I was told they were two months out and I’d need to pay in advance, but I reluctantly agreed to both hoping it meant they did great work since they were so booked. It’s Friday around 3 pm and my appointment (2 months in the waiting) is scheduled for this upcoming Monday morning. I just got a call from their office that they have no explanation but can’t come Monday and now want me to reschedule for another month in the future. So 3 months out for a simple generator service. The women I spoke with was polite and I could tell this was an uncomfortable position for her to be in so I wasn’t going to press the issue with her, but I asked for a refund and told her I’d find someone else. Pretty silly if you ask me. I’d be embarrassed if my company did something like that.

Moved into a new house and the outlet for the dryer was not intended for a dryer, but rather a range. Called Axis electric and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. Received a call two days later asking if someone could come out earlier because they were done with another job early! They were quick, responsive, friendly, and the job was done well! We're thrilled with the service and we appreciate the fast response and professionalism!

Every time I have contracted or hired Axis Electric whether for a job Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction is working on or a personal project they are quick, helpful and very professional. They have done work on our office building, our tiny homes, and other countless projects. We know when we call Axis Electric they won't disappoint.

Poor communication. Tech said everything should be working when they left. It was not. Charged me for another 1.5 hours to come back out and fix whatever wasn't working. They claim lamps needed to be special ordered from out of state. Why wasn't this communicated after first visit? They'll get my money for the extra visit and labor, but not a dime more. I know my contractor uses them, but no longer on my projects. Hope that 142.50 was worth it.

Terrible customer service! Receptionist did not record the appointment we made. Electrician came on the wrong day, when I had confirmed for another day. I finally cancelled with them.
