I am a single mom and community volunteer. I was deeply affected by the pandemic and lost our housing. I bought a van to take us South and start over. I had almost nothing at the time but hope and willpower. These folks sold me a van that broke down on the way to our hometown an hour away. It broke down in the middle of the freeway...same day I bought it. When I called them roadside...their mechanic was so rude he made me cry while I'm on the side the freeway with my kid and dog.nnAfter much negotiation we get a tow back to the auto shop where the mechanic repeats that he is not in wrong and they legally don't have to do anything to help me. I adamantly stand up for myself and they show me another van. They say its this or nothing. It is NASTY. Literally walls and floor stained and just gross. I refuse because I can't put my kid in there. I start sobbing and promising to take this further.nFinally they agree if I pay MORE to put me in a different van on the lot. I drove off with a check engine light on , a battery too small for my van, and tires that are not appropriate for the weights of the van. How are they going to offer me 3 bad cars in a row? Anyway thats what we were stuck with. Go anywhere else.

These folks are incredible! I bought an E350 van here a year ago and it suddenly developed a scary engine noise. I expected the worst, but John and his team quickly diagnosed the loud banging sound as a rare but easily fixed problem with a spark plug housing. Even though I was bracing for the news that my engine was dead, they fixed it on the spot and got me back on the road. They were so easy to buy from, and after how well they took care of me I'll never take my van anywhere else. Great people!

Really wish I could give them 5 stars. Almost. Great service, were honest about my truck and fixed everything important. None of that usual greasy feeling you get from used car dealers. But they promised repeatedly to fix one last thing, a minor thing, and never did despite multiple contacts over months. Still a good place to shop, but get their promises, the ones you care about, in writing if possible.

I've bought a few cars from Titan Auto Group. Great service! John is an honest straight forward salesman that doesn't use smoke and mirrors. No BS pushing something you dont want!
