Started here and floated the Willamette
Beautiful wide paved pathway with extra workout areas along the way. Really wonderful walk, highly encouraged to park at the Riverview park and walk along the path past the dog park and sports park! Gorgeous scenery ud83dude0d wonderful afternoon walk with my kiddo! Love Independence ud83dudc9a
Nice. Quiet, and the river is flooded and flowing fast. Trail blocked north end of park, but you can go around on the main street.
Safe place to wade into the river and look for rocks! Clean (except for goose poo) and not too crowded. Easy access to the water.
The city is working on the park and all to make it morenIt more user friendly. They are doing a beautiful job.nIt's something for everyone to be proud of.
