Amazing area in the beautiful nature on the Oregon coast. The Smith River runs along the road and has plenty of easy access points for camping/fishing/recreation. The water is super clear as well making it perfect for a swim on a hot summer day.

Amazing and so beautiful! I had to get rescued by Search and Rescue and I couldn’t have possibly had a better experience. I fell and broke my ankle going down the Cook’s Ridge trail-three miles in. They splinted my ankle with their coat and some sticks and were so calm and patient. I forever owe them!
