Blackberry Campground

Site was level; perfect for trailer. The boat launch was the only direct water access but the campground was vacant enough to accommodate everyone getting temporary shore access on an October weekend. River is beautiful but hwy traffic was just as loud nearby at night. Still a nice small campground for fishing and chilling. Multiple trash cans and water spigots disperse. Decent tree coverage for a campground, though more bushes between sites and main driveway would be nice for privacy.

The camp ground was amazing and the camp hosts were great the only drawback was the reservation spots. They were almost all empty the whole time we were there. I know there's nothing that the hosts can do about it but if you are making the reservation please use it and leave it unattended so someone else can use it

Peaceful and quiet. This place is perfect. There isn’t even cell coverage. That’s a plus for me!

Beautiful, calm and relaxing. Wonderful place to escape technology and enjoy the outdoors!

This is within the sluslaw national forest and we booked through recreation.gov. nestled within alsea river, one can fish and camp. There is running water for cleaning but no water for bathroom or drinking. Family friendly.
