EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY. WANDA WHO RUNS THE OPERATION IS TOP NOTCH! SHE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE.nTHE LAUNDRY ROOM AND SHOWERS ARE EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. GOOD PLACE TO STAY FOR 2 DAYS OR 2 YEARS!

Very nice ,quiet and really enjoyed our stay there.

We spent a week here in Aug 2020 @ $259 for the week. Paved roads and gravel sites. Normal spacing between MH's with grass. Elec, water, sewer, cable TV. Better then most WiFi. Lot's of long term residents. Location close to lots of shopping. Creek with ducks running through park. Small store at office, laundry and bath house on property. Property very well maintained. Complaint to management about loud neighbors was handled quickly. Felt very safe. Will return.

Clean and very quiet. Location is perfect as its just on the outskirts of town, so access to stores or whatever else you may need is not a problem at all.
