Newport Municipal Airport

Great FBO and very convenient to town. We received a courtesy car upon arrival and given 2 hours of use. The kid who was working there was really sweet and helpful.

GREAT LITTLE AIRPORT!!!

Quick trip over from Boise in July to escape the heat. Stayed at the Shilo Inn which is dog friendly and oceanfront and has a shuttle that they run to the airport for free. Ate dinner at the Rogue Brewery restaurant on the bay, awesome dinner and beers. Tie downs were free, gas is reasonable considering the location and the folks were super friendly. Will definitely make the trip again.

Great airport! Seems to be sacked in half the year with fog but that’s to be expected on the coast. Several instrument approaches so you shouldn’t have any trouble getting in.

Friendly FBO and they have a couple of courtesy cars. There was an imaginary plane making a base to final call though so look out for ghosts
