4 pallets. Almost 5 hours to unload. This place is a dang joke. Do not go there at all costs. No detention. Waste of my time. No excuse for being this slow
Pretty disappointed. $119 lumper fee for 2 pallets that took them 2 hours to do and the main guy to do the checking in or breakdown or whatever they do decided to take a break after they got the pallets off.. and I was the only truck in the line of doors.. if you are delivering here and have other stops, id call your other customers to inform them that you may be late.
They don't accept cash but will gladly charge you $5 to pay. Another $14 to restart a pallet, I seen the load and looked at it from the dock. If anything fell over it was the person unloading the truck. So why do they charge for their mistakes?
