Summed up into one word.. SIMPLE. We got a great vehicle, hassle free! We worked with Chris and he was amazing. Very friendly and made the whole car buying process easy and stress free! Definitely a 5 star service!

We bought a dodge dakota in September and were assured that it would have been trusted to be driven by the sales person across country with his family and that it was well worth the asking price. Since September until January we've replaced the rear shocks, front shocks, power steering pump and the pressure hose on the pump since it was cross threaded by his friend who sold him the vehicle and put the motor in, oil pressure sensor, control arms, and the radiator cap. Needless to say buyer be extremely aware.

DO NOT by a vehicle from here! Chris will swear up and down he does not do shady business, but he has screwed me more ways than one. I’ve have been provided with false documentation, and not been provided with accurate documentation upon my request. My vehicle registration and plates were left in an unsecured vehicle without my consent, even after I asked to have them mailed. These are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Chris has failed to follow through on his word on multiple things. He told me my truck was ready before even having it in his possession and submitted my time sensitive paperwork anyways. Almost a month later I finally got my truck with more body damage than I purchased it with. The only help I was offered by Chris were defensive words and words of accusation. He will tell you your vehicle is perfectly fine while staring the problem right in the face. If you ever wonder why you always see the same cars on Steve’s lot, this is why.

Very good experience buying a used truck from Chris Johnson. Since we live far from Helena, we called ahead with questions about the truck, and he called me back with answers in a reasonable time. Because we were concerned about covid-19, he followed all precautions when we were at the dealership. Throughout our dealings with him, he was very courteous, pleasant and professional. The price he agreed to was reasonable and fair. No time was wasted while at the dealership. The facility was clean and in good shape.
