Miles and Mike were awesome to work with. I am from Great Falls and Miles went above an beyond to get me videos and photos of the truck, even stayed late to let my brother in Billings drive it. Mike handled the paperwork and had me in and out in a flash. Love the truck would do business here again no question.
I went in on Friday to look at a car. Everyone was friendly and they had a car I wanted. I did paperwork for financing and had to wait the weekend. I was told I would get a call on Tuesday (holiday weekend) to let me know but I never heard back from them. I called them on Wednesday and was told I couldn't be financed. I'm fine with not being financed but to not get a call while waiting to hear back is not good business.
This was the best experience I have ever had buying a truck. Miles was very informative, truthful, right to the point, patient and just plain awesome. He didnt make me feel pressured at all, which I appreciated very much! I will highly recommend this place.
Excellent customer service and great values. Miles is very pleasant to talk to without that car salesman vibe. I will definitely shop there again before going somewhere else for a quality used vehicle.
