Had no expectations when we picked this spot for lunch before a flight home. It blew us away. Simply fabulous
I have to say I was extremely skeptical. I'm not even a vegetarian so I was thinking this vegan food would be a let down. I was totally wrong--everything we ordered was delicious!!! I won't say it tastes the same as animal products, but is good in its own way. Would come back again. Very satisfied.
Really loved the ambiance and the building itself. The drinks were exquisitely crafted and worth the visits by themselves. But I also had a delicious brunch. The food was fresh, tasty, creative, full of exciting ingredients and beautiful plated.nnSeems very new, so the Grotto may have a few tiny kinks to work out in service and decor but I will definitely be going back to see those elements evolve as I work my way through all the bevarge and food options.
I'd really like to know who gave any beyond 3 stars. Maybe it's only for being 1 of the 2 places on Uber Eats with vegan food, and the only one open. I wish I had known it was gluten free. I would have just fasted for the night. The prices are hostage worthy. But at least the gas in my stomach is gone. Tip on fries for delivery: either punch holes in the box or leave open. Also some paper would have helped wick away moisture. Nobody should be made to eat soggy fries.
I had the Mediterranean pizza and it was SO good. Very high quality and so tasty. I’m from out of town and honestly had low expectations for vegan food in Billings, but I was impressed. Their grilled cheese sandwich special was also so good, but the portion was small. I’d definitely recommend the Grotto
