Last night around 10pm. My boyfriend was the only person in line. Ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese combo and an extra Coke. I just opened the box, excited for the burger he paid extra for because I was craving bacon, to find a burnt burger with pickles on ketchup on it.nI'm so disappointed. I've worked fast food and understand how hectic it could be but this is sad guys. He was the only person in your drivethru. Do better

The McDonald's in the heights by Target had terrible service last night. I waited in the lane one drive through Lane and the lady directed me to somewhere out front which I couldn't hear what she said. I parked in the regular drive-thru spot where you wait for your food when it's running late. Then my daughter noticed there were signs in front of the restaurant that said to park there instead. I had to wait until someone got out of the space I needed and take that space. Still waited about another 10 minutes and finally I went inside and the server said she was the one taking care of my order and apologized and offered me some free pies. I took the pie. It still took a while to get the food and then two people came out and were arguing over whether the order was right and which bags were mine. McDonald's seemed totally overwhelmed and on top of that they were cleaning the shake machine in the middle of the rush hour dinner hour. Perhaps it needed to be cleaned but the timing was terrible. Especially when we wanted the new shamrock shake. Instead they substituted in a McFlurry shamrock. Overall the experience was very complicated and not good. On the plus side our food came out fine and was delicious.

Took longer than expected to get our shamrock shakes, everything else was perfect. We were waiting for 5-10 minutes on the shakes from the drive thru though.

Bad. They had me pay for the wrong meal. Then instead of refunding my card they just give me cash back during Covid? Also my order still wrong. Worst Mcdonalds in Billings imo wouldnt reccomend.
