Was told they don't sell large decaf when I have gotten large decaf coffees for weeks. When I reached out to McDonald's to express my displeasure I was basically patted on the head and sent on my way. I realize I'm a small fish in a big pond and taking my business elsewhere isn't going to put a dent in their pockets but I sure don't have to give them my money.
The food here is awful. the chicken nuggets taste like card board. the chicken sandwich was a cheap flat chicken piece in the middle of a big bun. no flavor at all like a little cork coster in a bun.
They mess up my meal damn near EVERY time.... It's seriously not that hard to LISTEN and NOT BE IN SUCH A DAMN HURRY, yes I gets it's fast food but when you go the speed of light you make simple mistakes, just take your time.
They seem to always be busy every morning but they handle it well. We seem to move through pretty quick and my son loves his breakfast sandwich!
I normally do the drive thru, but with a trailer I went in. Took forever, they lock the main door so you have to go thru the gas station, and have most of the space shut down due to covid still. There is no place to stand and wait.
