Enterprise Rent-A-Car

In short, I do NOT recommend this branch of the companynnLate July 2020, I was doing a road trip with my wife and brother and we, unfortunately, experienced a flat tire. As expected, we put on the donut tire and went to find the nearest Enterprise around us because you’re not supposed to drive long distances on a donut tire. Made it there and explained the situation and without empathy, we’re told there we no alternative vehicles available and no one was available to provide us a new tire (it was Sunday of course). Reportedly the best they could do was provide us a hotel and replace the tire tomorrow, but this was not an option for us because my Brother had a flight to catch the next day. At this point Enterprise pretty much gave up on helping us. In the end we ended up solving the issues ourselves by calling around town and eventually found the Sam’s Club would help us. Amid our wild goose chase, we called Enterprise Corporate and discovered that this Enterprise location actually did have cars available and ready for rent! I don’t need to explain in this review how that’d make you feel. As a result of the Billing Enterprise branch business practices, we had to drive through the middle night, operate on less sleep than preferred, and waste a lot of time. To the credit of our original Enterprise Branch they reimbursed us entirely for the tire and service.nnUpdate 9-18-2020n- No response from Enterprise yet despite the reply below and submitting the complaint. No surprise here

I wish i could provide negative stars, after placing a reservation by phone, i got a call notifying me that i needed to pay 200 additional because i am from out of state. My family of 4 plane tickets will tell you we are definately not leaving the vehicle anywhere else- the issue is not explaining fees up front at the time of reservation. Ask specifically about fees you are paying, otherwise, you'll have to scramble to find a new rental!

Great experience. Easy pick up process and no hassle upon returning the vehicle. I only use enterprise because they always provide exceptional customer service and reliable vehicles.

I received my car very quickly and efficiently after a long day of travel. The car I received was an upgrade from the one I reserved at no extra cost to me. I always use Enterprise and I have never been disappointed.
