If I could give them a zero start I would absolutely trash never have been more disappointed in an airline spend the extra $50 and fly delta or united. Was running late got to the gate 20 minutes before the flight left and no one was at the gate doors had all been shut. Customer service at the desk in this airport was horrible pretty much said your SOL. Then talked to customer service for Alaska and they informed me to get on another flight I was looking at another $700 dollars. To get on another flight the night day. Canceled the whole trip and booked with another airline.
