It would be awesome if this place mentioned it was within bed bath and beyond and also reflected the stores hours. Wasted gas and money driving down here because they’re “open until 9pm” but somehow the store they’re in closed at 6pm? Real convenient

Very nice lady that is renovating the building. I am a wheelchair user, and she had no problems trying to come up with solutions for me to get up the stairs, because it needs a ramp. She even mentioned lowering the price for us. I would love to get into it and check it out, but no ramps would have me need to get creative. I think i would lkve this place.

My husband accidentally broke his key to the pass-through on our camper, so that was on the list of errands we needed to do last weekend. I saw your kiosk at Bed Bath and Beyond in Spokane, WA, and decided to give it a try. We received our keys yesterday (Friday), and my husband is very pleased with them. He said that because they're brass, and not the aluminum that the original ones are, he believes they're better. Since he went right outside to check them, naturally, I can happily tell you they work. Good job and well done, KeyMe!

Super easy to use. I have an odd key that is not usually stocked. The kiosk offered to order the key and had it mailed to me. It came faster than expected. I have had about 10 keys made so far and all of them have worked perfectly. I did have an issue where the kiosk gave me a blank key. I called the 800 # listed on the kiosk and got a live person on the phone right away.They emailed me a code and then I was able to get a new key made with that code. It did not let me do the upgrade that I had originally paid for, so I just didn't get the upgrade. I emailed them back and they refunded me the difference no problem.
