Mitch did a beautiful job for my daughters headstone. They were really easy to work with and sensitive to our recent grief. They were very professional and kept me updated in the process. I won’t go anywhere else for headstones. I wish I could post a picture. It turned out absolutely beautiful!
Mitch and his father have done many headstones for us and we are so pleased with their work. When Mitch took over for his dad, Mitch supplied the same quality of work, the same honest, straight-forward policy of his father. We are so pleased by their service to our family.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They promised my elderly father that my mother's and brother's headstones would be finished in June. They were ordered in mid-February. It is now August and they are still giving him the runaround. Both headstones are paid for in full. Buyer BEWARE!!!
Love the place
My mom died in April, 2015. They promised to have the death date on the headstone by fall. It didn't happen. Then they promised to have it done by Memorial Day (2016). It is now Memorial Day and it still isn't done. I had considered having them do a headstone for me. Now I wouldn't trust them to do anything. I'm wondering what I have to do to get them to finish my mom's headstone, which has already been paid for.
