Penske Truck Rental

Robin, I believe the manager at this location, was informative and very helpful. I reserved a truck for a cross country move a few weeks earlier, but went to the location a day before pickup to make sure a truck would be available. Robin showed me the truck I reserved, a brand new 16' Penske. He already had the truck fueled, sanitized, and blankets loaded. It was quite a relief to know the next day would be a breeze, which it was. I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. Robin keeps the office well maintained and clean. It's actually the cleanest and most organized Penske location I've seen.

Horrible customer service. The guy named Robert had an attitude problem. Also the wesite mentions the sale of packing materials at this location and he blatantly denied it as if it was my fault. Dude, thats YOUR website, YOUR company; fix the issue, and treat your customers better. Dont even deserve a star but giving no stars wasn't an option.
