Laxalt Plaza

Cozy outdoor patio area nestled between the Paul Laxalt State Building and the Carson Nugget's Alatte Coffee and Wine Bar. The Plaza, which sits right off of main street, is a great area to stop and relax when taking in the downtown activities. This clean and well lighted area has plenty of patio style table and chairs and is a great place to enjoy a quick break, a glass of wine or just marvel at the one-of-a-kind architecture of the Paul Laxalt Building. Built in 1891 this building has survived all others of its type on the west coast. Folks can also hear the building, or rather the clock tower bells, which sound off every hour on the hour.
