this is the only pollo loco i have ever been to but i like it. friendly people, decent service, great food. pricey but i think its worth it.
There was an issue with my order and when I brought that up, it was fixed quickly and without any hassle.

Unexpectedly had the grandkids over four dinner and they wanted chicken but I had none. Ordered the Macaroni & Cheese and chicken taco kids meals. For $5 each I thought it would be a small mac n cheese and a chicken taco. Nope, it's actually macaroni and cheese inside a very small mushy flour tortilla with chicken bone and gristle mixed into the mac and cheese. The kids wouldn't even taste it. The hubby tried a bite and spit it out in the sink. So the kids meal fail became two small, expensive dog treats while we made a second trip to Burger King to feed the kids.
