CGBJJ under Gary Grate is where I truly experienced and learned BJJ. I’ve trained 5 years under various Instructors before joining the CG family. My first day training with Gary really opened my eyes to another aspect of the game. (Yes, he kneed on bellied me and covered my mouth with his hand till I tapped !) He’s a walking encyclopedia of Jiu Jitsu! Great instructor/professor and mentor. OG Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt!nnIf you’ve heard of Jiu Jitsu or want to learn martial arts. This is the place to go! Jump right in there and don’t hold YOURSELF back or make excuses. Try it out and you won’t regret it!
