I just wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees.nI moved to Skye Canyon a little under a year ago with my wife Dana. Over the past 10 months I have been coming to your location and came in contact Haley on many occasions. I feel some employees just have those untrained next level customer service skills, Haley has that gift. From the moment of first coming in contact with Haley, I found her to be welcoming and professional. I stood by and witnessed her warm and professional demeanor with other members and staff alike. Haley always makes me feel like I'm remembered and important. I just wanted to bring notice to Haley today and mention how nice it is to come across an employee that is professional kind and welcoming. I hope that if advancement is being offered within your organization you'd consider Haley for any such opportunities. I have to say the best thing about this place is the staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Customer service imo is the most important. On top of that, the gym is clean and very easy to get in and out of. Love it and look forward to working out there.

It has taken me years to get back to the gym. I started looking at the most popular gyms in my area and Planet fitness in centennial got me to sign up. The number 1 reason is because of the Manager Hunter. He is so professional and was able to answer all my questions patiently and did not pressure me to signing up. He explained all the great perks that come with the membership which is amazing. Who new I would have a trainer. I've been working out for about 4 months and what a huge difference in my physical appearanceand how I feel. I couldn't have done it without the amazing team. I look forward to the gym everyday. GTL!!! Rock hard abs!

Cleanest PF I’ve ever been to. Staff is extremely diligent about keeping the equipment sanitized. Seems like they all enjoy their work because I’ve never met such a friendly gym staff.

Regardless of the negativity about Planet Fitness...I LOVE IT! As a Personal Trainer, I know it’s hard for people trying to get into the gym for the first time and often times the gyms make it worse by being very unfriendly. Planet Fitness welcomes all with absolutely no judgment. A good job for sure.
