Great gym!nnLot's of variety and utilizes the space very well! I've been going for some months now and has maintained it's charm and attraction. There's something for everyone there and the people who workout there are from all different walks of life.nnThey have more than one option to clean/sanitize the equipment you use and everyone there is respectful and makes an effort to observe the covid protocols.nnThe owner (Jeff) is a really nice down to earth guy and if you have questions about any of the equipment, form, etc he is happy to help. He takes pride in his gym and you can tell by how immaculate the equipment is and how neat the gym always looks. Occasionally something might break like the treadmill skipping but he's always on top of things and know it'll be fixed quickly.nnAs for the equipment itself, NLF has all of your common dumbbells', barbells, machines, etc, but also has some other equipment that is refreshing and nice to use such as a Smith machine, leg dip machine and more!nnExpect to see the same faces when you go as this spot seems to stay consistent and you should have no trouble getting in a great workout no matter what your goal is.

Decent facility. Terrible operator. There are better gyms in the area for twice as cheap and 100 times better work out experience

Clean, quiet local neighborhood gym. Friendly owner/staff and fair pricing. Good deal. Tucked into the back corner of shopping center at Blue Diamond and Cimarron - Giant Bikes, Gracie Jiujitsu, Subway. Better than building out gym at home!

Great machines ... A lot of variety of workouts ... The owners are awesome .. Easy parkingnYou get a fob so you can go anytime you like 24/7 ...

Very clean gym! Owner is around quiet often, and satff are very friendly. All new equipment and free weights. Gym is not packed making equipment very accessible.
