Love this facility. It was comfortable from the moment we walked in. Staff is friendly and ready to help.
This place is awesome! The cost of cross fit was an issue for us, until now. The prices can't be beat. Everything is sparkling clean, there is a smiling face and helping hand from every single person there, from the front desk, to the trainers, to the daycare helpers. They have a coffee bar set up, and sometimes there's even a lady doing post-workout massages for tips. (Much needed for this newbie!)nI love that the classes include people of all abilities and the workouts are tailored to you as an individual.nSo grateful to have found this wonderful gem in our community. Go check them out for yourself!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this family owned and operated gym. They're kind, knowledgeable and provide an amazing service.nnAs someone with prior knee injuries who has to take things easy and watch what I do, they are always there to find a way to make my workout effective and SAFE for me.
These crossfit classes are very fun. I was nervous it was going to be too challenging, and I was always going to be hurting and tired, but that is not the case. Everybody is always happy to help, the coaches demonstrate what you will be doing and you can adjust to your ability if needed.
