Salid and sandwiche were excellent
Not the first time we've been here and it will not be our last!! We always get the Capastromi, it's the best pastrami sandwich I've ever eaten!! I've never been disappointed with the food a d customer service from the workers in the store that's inside the Nugget Casino in Pahrump NV, until this time. I received a buy a small sub and get one free coupon from the local grocery store Smith's, we ordered online and paid for 2 subs I went back into the restaurant after I learned that I wasn't given the free sub and spoke to the cashier I was told the mistake would be cleared up in a couple days when that amount of one small sub would be returned to the debit card used. I checked my bank online and dont see any refund coming from the sub shop! I hope I'm wrong in what I think should be shown on the online account!! I will be calling my bank tomorrow to see what if anything is possible with that transaction. Go to Capriatis for the best sub sandwich in the world!!!!
One year ago I experenced bad food and stayed away. I decided to try again. This time they lost my order and after 15 minutes I ask about the delay and they could not find the order. I can not recomend the resturant and won't return any time soon.
New people working there now, food is good again
always friendly and efficient i can say in confidence this location is a GO TO for consistency in level of quality and service... Kudos for being reliable over many years of patronage
