Been here several times, delicious, homemade food every time. Potstickers and crab Puffs are delicious, and you can tell they're homemade not just some Frozen stuff. The chef comes out and talks to us when we're here, very friendly. Highly recommend this place. It's a hidden gem.

Amazing food, excellent friendly service. Love this place! We go once a week (at least!) and have never been disappointed in any aspect of our experience there. I've made my way through much of the menu, trying a new thing almost every time, and everything is delicious. There are foods I thought I didn't like from having tried them in other places, such as egg foo young and egg flower soup (egg drop soup). I've tried them here and love them. The ingredients are fresh and expertly prepared. Nothing is ever greasy. Even the deep fried items are cooked perfectly, compared to other restaurants where the oil isn't hot enough in the deep fryer and ends up seeping throughout the food. Not the case here. Perfectly delicious outsides and moist and juicy insides for all the deep fried items.The sauces are also sublime. And the dishes are served hot---mere seconds after leaving the wok, it seems. We have eaten Chinese food in dozens of different restaurants in different parts of the country, and I am not exaggerating when I say this hidden treasure in our small town of Pahrump is the best I've ever had. Everybody, go eat there, order takeout, eat in, whatever works for you. Just try it. You won't be disappointed!
