Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pahrump

Great place to stay when visiting death valley NP if coming from the east. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Seems to be relatively new. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was covid-era acceptable and it was a hot breakfast, not just a grab bag. There is a Smith's grocery store nearby to grab some food and take it back to the room. Our room had a microwave and a refrigerator. Highly recommend.

Great hotel within an hour to Death Valley National Park. Check-in was a breeze and the hotel seems to be following all safe COVID protocols possible. The room was tidy and clean and feels new generally speaking. Lots of easy parking and accessibility. Breakfast felt a bit crowded considering the pandemic, but there is an option to take it to your room and it almost seemed preferred. Would stay again and would recommend to everyone.

Staff was unwilling to write an accident report after my being requested to. My friend fell off the carport more than 2 ft beyond vertical onto her forehead and arms causing serious damage. This was witnessed by the front desk clerk who was immediately asked to write an accident report. Luckily she wrote a handwritten note and signed it. They then refused to produce an accident report so I called their corporate office who refused to make them write an accident report and told me I must deal with the local Holiday Inn Express.nAfter dealing with the corporate office I tried contacting the local Pahrump Nevada Holiday Inn and Express who has blocked my number.nI have requested not only an accident report but the video footage of the fall which was recorded.nThis information is needed as this fall is being held against me as a felony in court for hurting a woman.nOnce again Holiday Inn and Express witnessed this fall and refuse to provide any action report or statement further than the handwritten note signed by their front desk clerk.nI told them that this would be going to court but they refuse to provide the evidence so private investigator will be there to demand a statement from them.nnMy room was clean most of the staff was excellent the front desk was unwilling to assist and this could cause me $30,000.

Quiet room with comfortable bed. Nice staff. Clean room. Decent lighting. Relatively good outlet placement. Hot breakfast available from attendant. Good internet. Located nicely to spend time in Death Valley.

This holiday inn express is by far the best one I have stayed in , (coming from a guy who travels 80% of his life for work and pretty much lives in hotel's ) I want to say that we are very glad we booked our stay here because it was so nice , super clean , rooms were fabulous just speechless on how nice and clean they were , I would definitely come back here over and over again. I also love how it was pet friendly which made it even better because we travel with our dog most of the time. Thank you guys so much for making our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Highly reccomend it and if I could give 20 stars I would!
