My tax agent, Cherie Kirkpatrick, was very good about following up with me this year to make an appointment with her. Although, I didn't have all of my tax returns, she was able to make a date for an appointment with me. I told her as soon as I received all of my 1099's, I would call her and see about dropping them off. She was very helpful and professional.

My main reason is because Jill Mecredy is very professional at her job, she is excellent at answering questions not only now but my future questions as well. Jill has a answer for every question I asked her with a quick and accurate response. She is very informative and handled our taxes very thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable knowing everything is solid and taken care of.

It was helpful. I went in to use your tax services because there was something I couldn't do, but I will not be using your services in the future because I know how to do it now. There were no problems with my experience.
