Stay away unless desperate. I've shopped at Napa Auto Parts for years, have always recommended them and see them as one of the quality parts providers. With that being said this location changes all prior thoughts of Napa in general. I've had a lot of bad experiences here with many employees. Wrong parts, tempers, slow, lost orders list goes on.nnToday the guy couldn't even look a part up for me because a female friend showed up part way through. Would not look up the other end of a drag link. Craps unreal I had the part box in my hand and truck there. He had an attitude from the start, probably because I interrupted cell phone time. Went to orileys got the part in less than 5 minutes.

Store is always clean and we'll stocked. The parts counterman was helpful and located what I needed quickly.

Napa has long been a standard-bearer in quality automotive parts. So it wasn't terribly surprising that they didn't carry the washers I needed to replace my bathroom faucet.
