I had VCM repair my car after an accident and I couldn't have asked for more. They walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions and i got my car back faster then expected. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Horrible service. Completion date was pushed back four times and they only called me once. I had to call every time to get any kind of update from them and when I did I was told they “would rather have totaled my truck than have to wait for parts”. Then when I finally got my truck back almost 3 months later the alignment was not done right but I didn’t even take it back to them because of how poor a job they did. Definitely would never go back to them again ever

I was very impressed with the customer service at VCM. The door on my Ford F350 was replaced and the paint matches perfectly. Not only was my truck repaired by the estimated due date, it was washed and the tires were cleaned as well.nI would definitely recommend VCM!

My truck looks great. They were friendly, very helpful. I would highly recommend them. They care about their customers.
