Caliber Collision

The quality of work done was excellent, they even fixed some old fixes that was done poorly by a previous body shop. I understand we brought the vehicle during one of their busy times, however, if you say it's going to be done in 2 weeks, then it should be done in 2 weeks. I would have been satisfied if they said 4 weeks. But that's not what was said. So, overall, I would definitely bring my car back due to the quality of work and friendly and informative staff, but I was disappointed with the time it took to finish.

Nobody thinks that getting a vehicle repaired is anything but an unwanted expense. That said, Calliber Collision in Carson City made the experience as pleasant as could possibly be. They dealt with my insurance, gave constant updates, behaved professionally and delivered excellent work. I am glad that they were there to do the work that I needed. I feel like I could count on their service.

The people at Caliber are SO nice, always professional and more than willing to help in anyway they can to get your vehicle back to new again. Both Brett snd Shauna were AWESOME!!! I will most definitely take my vehicle mishaps only to Caliber Collision.

The repair was to take two weeks. It took two months. Other than that the car looks great.

Calibers peeps are amazing...I really did very little..no worries...they took my vehicle after my accident and examined the damage did all the communication regarding the car with my insurance at the same time kept in constant touch with me. Unfortunately my car was totalled , however I came to empty it and they helped me the whole way...they are the most professional, timely, and compassionate group I have ever worked with. Their work is absolutely amazing..they have had to replace, fix and paint this particular car for me before. I literally never worry once my vehicle is in their hands...nI now have a new vehicle..praying they never have to see it..however I and my family will go no where else. We are beyond satisfied we give them a 10 and two thumbs up...Thank you all
